Mihai Lupașcu– is an IT specialist with an MBA at the University of Orleans. He is presently employed as network security engineer at the French Ministry of Interior. He is also active on civic issues relevant to our project, having been part of multiple online initiatives, among which:
- www.alerte.md– a web platform that makes use of crowd-sourcing data in order to identify and solve public issues in the city of Chisinau
- www.idno.md– a web application that makes use of open data and allows to access information related to companies registered in Moldova
- www.debates.md – a web application aiming to reflect Moldovan online community’s opinion on society’s key issues
- www.watch.cpr.md– a web application intended to follow-up on Moldovan government’s commitments with external partners and citizens
- galastudentilor.md– an academic excellence gala for Moldovan nationals studying abroad.
